Area Youth Fellowship
“Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity” (2 Timothy 3:15close2 Timothy 3:15 15 And how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. (ESV) ).
Our “Casco Area Youth Fellowship” is a group of young people in junior and senior high school who meet regularly for fellowship and ministry activities. For example, the group has adopted a portion of the Interstate 196 highway near exit 26. Twice a year they clean up litter along the two-mile stretch in cooperation with the Department of Transportation. Occasionally, the group goes on fun outings, such as sledding parties. The group also meets for Bible studies and various service projects. During one service project, the group worked with Pullman Love I.N.C. (In the Name of Christ) to provide Christmas gifts to needy youth their age.
The Casco Area Youth Fellowship normally meets twice a month on Sunday afternoons from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, and they always eat dinner together! If you would like to learn more about the Casco Area Youth Fellowship or would like to find out when their next meeting will take place, please contact Jason Pettet at (269) 655-4885 or Theresa Wiley, our church secretary.
